About PowerDash

PowerDash was built to make AI useful for real HR work.

PowerDash grew from a practical problem: HR, recruitment, agency and learning teams spend too much time recreating the same types of documents, messages, summaries, guides and process outputs.

The PowerDash story

Martin McDonald built PowerDash to turn repeatable people-process work into guided tools that help teams move faster, improve consistency and keep human judgement where it belongs: at the centre of the decision.

PowerDash is intentionally practical. It is not built around generic AI chat or exaggerated claims. It is built around the documents, messages, summaries, guides and coordination points that HR, TA, agency and learning teams face every day.

Practitioner-led by design

  • Created from real HR, recruitment, agency and learning workflow problems
  • Focused on repeatable work where structure matters
  • Designed to support, not replace, professional judgement
  • Useful without a major implementation project
  • Committed to sensible, plain-English AI adoption

Why workflow-specific tools matter

01

Generic chat is not enough

People teams need structured outputs, review points and repeatable workflows, not a blank prompt box.

02

Quality depends on context

Hiring, HR, agency and learning work all need different prompts, formats and decision support.

03

Human review stays central

PowerDash is designed to help teams draft and structure work while keeping people accountable for what is used.
